This application has been preferred by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 17.03.2026.
The modification which has been sought for is with respect to P.S. Case Number as Gonda P.S. Case No.08 of 2026 has wrongly been mentioned as Gonda P.S. Case No.08 of 2025(N).
In view of the above therefore, the order dated 17.03.2026 passed in B.A. No.2047 of 2026 is modified to the extent that wherever ‘Gonda P.S. Case No.08 of 2025(N)’ is mentioned, the same shall now be read as ‘Gonda P.S. Case No.08 of 2026’.
The order is accordingly modified. Let a copy of this order be sent through ‘FAX’ to the concerned court.
This application stands disposed of.
