The present contempt case has been filed alleging wilful and deliberate violation of the order of this Court dated 15.12.2023 passed in W.P(S) No.1939 of 2017 whereby and whereunder a direction has been issued to the concerned respondents (opposite parties herein) to consider the individual case of the petitioners and accordingly pass a reasoned order

for regularization of their services from the date they have been stopped from working with all consequential benefits.

The instant case is listed under the heading for Orders (with defects).

It appears from the stamp reporting that the defect no.9 is still surviving, i.e, certified copy of Annex. -8 with AFS of Rs.10/- per page is required.

Mr. Shivam Utkarsh Sahay, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners undertakes that he will remove the said defect within a day or two.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that the order dated 15.12.2023 passed in W.P(S) No.1939 of 2017, which is the subject matter of the instant contempt petition, is not surviving, since, the same has been set aside by a Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.06.2025 passed in L.P.A No.138 of 2024 and analogous cases.

Let the same be taken on record.

This Court, considering the aforesaid fact, is dismissing the instant contempt case as the writ Court's order dated 15.12.2023 passed in W.P.(S) No. 1939 of 2017 has been set aside by the Higher Forum vide order dated 12.06.2025 passed in L.P.A. No. 138 of 2024 and analogous cases as referred hereinabove.

10.Office is directed to supply the certified copy of this order after removal of the said defect.
