2. The learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that the reasoned order has been passed in terms of order dated 22.04.2024 in W.P.(S) No. 369 of 2023, which has been placed on record through the show cause.

3. Since the reasoned order has been passed, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in this contempt proceedings. However, liberty is reserved with the petitioners to take steps in connection with the reasoned order as permissible under law.
