2. This Civil Misc. Petition has been preferred for

restoration of writ petition being W.P.(C) No.4123 of 2020, which was dismissed for default vide order dated 29.07.2026, as no one had appeared on that date on behalf of the petitioners.
3. Learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that he could not appeared on that date when the case was called out, as he could not trace the listing of the writ petition on that date due to some network problem. He begs an unconditional apology and undertakes to appear on the next date, if the same is restored.
4. Learned counsel representing the opposite parties do not oppose the aforesaid submission.
5. Considering the submission of learned counsel representing the petitioners, this Civil Misc. Petition is allowed .
6. The writ petition being W.P.(C) No.4123 of 2020, is restored to its original file.
