1. Learned counsel for the parties are present.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2026 in connection with Mahagama P.S. Case No. 101 of 2026 for the alleged offence registered under Section 64(2)(f), 64(2)(m), 372(2), 351(2) & 351(3) of BNS 2023 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Godda.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner happens to be the son-in-law of the victim and a false allegation has been levelled against the petitioner, primarily on account of certain money claims and money transactions between the petitioner and the informant. He has further submitted that the charge sheet has been submitted on 11.07.2026.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party-State has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that there is direct and specific allegation against the petitioner of committing rape upon the victim by stating that the petitioner liked the victim more than the victim’s daughter.
5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioner and that the

victim is yet to be examined before the learned court, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
6. The instant bail application is hereby rejected.
7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the court concerned
