2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Chas (M) P.S. Case No.55 of 2026 corresponding to G.R. Case No.917 of 2026 consequent S.T. Case No.308 of 2026, registered under Sections 69, 352, 351 (2) of the B.N.S. 2023, now pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge – IV, Bokaro. Charge has been framed under Section 69 of B.N.S., 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. reveals that the petitioner and the victim were in relationship for last 2 years and had also lived together as husband and wife. It is alleged that ultimately the petitioner refused to marry the victim.

4. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner is 38 years old and the victim is 39 years of age. It is submitted that charge has already been framed and the petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2026.

5. The learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. After hearing the learned counsels for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly the fact that as per the F.I.R., the petitioner and the victim had also lived together as husband and wife and that subsequently the present case

was filed, coupled with the fact that the charge has already been framed, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Rupees twenty-five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge – IV, Bokaro in connection with Chas (M) P.S. Case No.55 of 2026 corresponding to G.R. Case No.917 of 2026 consequent S.T. Case No.308 of 2026, on the following conditions:

(i) One of the bailors would be the present pairvikar of the petitioner.

(ii)The other bailor should be his close relative.

¶22

(iii) The petitioner will attend the court on each and every date and on account of even single default, the learned court shall cancel the bail bond furnished by the petitioner.

(iv) The petitioner will deposit a self-attested copy of his Aadhar Card along with his mobile number before the learned court which he will not change during the pendency of the case without prior permission of the court.

(v) The petitioner shall fully co-operate with the proceedings before the learned trial court.

(vi) The petitioner shall not disturb the victim in

any manner whatsoever.

7. The instant application is allowed with the aforesaid conditions.
