04 /16.09.2026 Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Balidih P.S. Case No. 115 of 2026 for the offences registered under Sections 190,191(2), 191(3), 333, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 109, 351(2) and 352 of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M. Bokaro.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happens to be the neighbour of the victim and there was dispute in connection with throwing of cow dung which led to the incident. There is case and counter case between the parties arising out of the same incident. The learned counsel has further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2026.
4. The learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that arising out of the incident, the informant’s mother suffered grievous injury on her head in the nature of fracture. He also submits that there are as many as 05 criminal antecedents against the petitioner of serious nature.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner in response has submitted that the petitioner is a handicapped person.
6. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the direct allegation against the petitioner which has led to cause of grievous injury on the vital part of the body and the petitioner also has numerous antecedents and happens to be the neighbour of the victim, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named

on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner above named is rejected.
