Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner, in furtherance of common intention with the co-accused persons, has committed murder of Shibu Oraon and attempted to murder Dhano Devi. It is next submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is then submitted that though the petitioner is not named in the FIR but without putting him on T.I. Parade as mentioned in para-14 of the instant bail application, charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner. It is also submitted that though the petitioner is not named in the FIR but later on Dhano Devi has taken the name of the petitioner in her statement recorded under Section 180 of the BNSS, 2023 by the police apparently being influenced by the persons inimical to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 25.04.2026 as mentioned in para-17 of the instant bail application. It is next submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-16 of the instant bail
