Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner has committed theft in the house of the informant and stolen away jewellery worth Rs.9,00,000/and cash of Rs.90,000/-. It is next submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is then submitted that though the petitioner is not named in the FIR and he has been implicated in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused Arman Khan as well as his own-confessional statement made in connection with Mandu P.S. Case No. 126 of 2025. It is also submitted that charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 14.05.2026 as mentioned in para-06 of the instant bail application. It is also submitted that the co-accused, with similar allegations, has already been admitted to bail by this Court vide order dated 04.08.2026 passed in B.A. No.6554 of 2026.
