2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2026 in connection with Ratu P.S. Case No.89/2026, registered under Sections 96 of BNS and vide order dated 30.04.2026, 65 (1) of BNS and 4 of POCSO Act has been added, now pending in the court of learned A.J.C. IV cum Spl. Judge, POCSO Act, Ranchi.
3. After some arguments, when this Court was not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application.
4. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
