1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Mohammadganj P.S. Case No. 23/2026 for the offence registered under Sections 69/79 of BNS and Section 4 & 6 of POCSO Act, now said to have been pending in the court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Court, Palamau at Daltonganj.
2. After some argument, when this Court was not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application at this stage.
3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the prayer made for withdrawal.
4. Accordingly, this bail application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. 5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the court concerned through ‘e-mail/FAX’.
