2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial Case No. 36 of 2026 arising out of Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 233 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 02 of 2026, registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 109(1), 61(2)(a), 103(1), 351(3), 352 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, now pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Hazaribag.
