03 /14.09.2026 Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

2. Nobody appears on behalf of the opposite party- State.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Marafari P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025, registered under Sections 108 & 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, now pending in the court of learned SDJM, Bokaro.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is a lady and is in custody since 08.07.2026. The petitioner is wife of the co-accused and aunty of the deceased. He submits that the First Information Report was lodged by the father of the deceased alleging that he wanted to sell some property for the purpose of marriage of the deceased, but the petitioner and others were opposing the same due to which deceased committed suicide.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the coaccused namely, Arjun Kumar, who is the brother of the deceased and is on similar footing as that of the petitioner, has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 23^rd September, 2025 in B.A. No. 8179 of 2025.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon going through the records and considering the nature of allegation and also considering the custody of the petitioner since 08.07.2026 and charge sheet having been submitted, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty-five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Bokaro in connection with Marafari

P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025, on the following conditions:

(i) One of the bailors would be the present pairvikar of the petitioner.

¶19

(ii) The other bailor should be her close relative.

¶20

(iii) The petitioner will attend the court on each and every date and on account of even single default, the learned court shall cancel the bail bond furnished by the petitioner.

(iv) The petitioner will deposit a self-attested copy of her Aadhar Card along with her mobile number before the learned court which she will not change during the pendency of the case without prior permission of the court.

(v) The petitioner shall fully co-operate with the proceedings before the learned trial court.

7. The instant application is allowed with the aforesaid conditions. 8. Let this order along with a copy of the affidavit filed with the bail petition be communicated to the court concerned through FAX/email.
