02/14.09.2026 Heard Mr. Arvind Kumar Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No. 4605/2026.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that charge has been framed though no witness has been examined as yet. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2026.

Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum Special Judge Cyber Cases, Dhanbad in connection with Dhanbad Cyber P.S. Case No. 15/2020, subject to the condition that one of the bailer should be a close relative of the petitioner and the petitioner shall remain physically present before the learned trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of trial unless prevented by sufficient cause.
