2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order.
3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2025. The earlier application of the bail of the petitioner being BA No. 1647 of 2026 was rejected on 12.03.2026 on the ground that he was absconder. The trial is of the year 2012. The petitioner has absconded for nearly about 13 years. The trial is in progress and four witnesses have been claimed to be examined in this case.
5. Considering the stage of the trial and background of this case that the petitioner was an absconder, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with S.T. Case No. 99/2012 (A)(S) arising out of Bano PS Case No. 4 of 2011 (G.R.

Case No. 30/2011), pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Simdega stands rejected.
6. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed .
7. The Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within a period of six months. The prosecution will produce the witnesses regularly and at regular interval.
