02/ 11.02.2026 : Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Tisri P.S. Case Noi. 50 of 2025, registered under section 310(2) of BNS, pending in the Court of learned J.M. Ist Class, Giridih.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. He next submits that the name of the petitioners has come in the confessional statement and nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that petitioners are accompanies of dacoity along with another persons.

Allegations are there of looting amount of Rs. 1,55,000/- as well as motorcycle. The petitioners are accompanies of apprehended co-accused persons.

In view of above I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected. However it is open to the petitioners to comply observations of the learned Sessions which is disclosed in the impugned order.
