1. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2026 in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 20 of 2026 for the alleged offence registered under Section 111(2)(b), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) of BNS 2023 and Sections 66(B)(C)(D) of I.T. Act and Section 42(3)(e) of the Telecommunication Act 2023 pending in the court of learned Special Judge Cyber Crime, Jamtara.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner having no criminal antecedent. The charge has already been framed on 30.07.2026. One victim has been identified, which is the sole crime link. He has further submitted that 2 mobile and 2 SIM cards are alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party-State has opposed the prayer for bail. However, the aforesaid submissions are not in dispute.
5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that charge has already been framed, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Cyber Crime,

Jamtara in connection with Jamatara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 20 of 2026 on the following conditions:
6. The instant bail application is allowed with the aforesaid conditions.
