1. This petition has been filed for restoration of S.A. No. 243 of 2018 to its original file, which stood dismissed on account of non-appearance vide order dated 01.07.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to paragraph 6 of this petition and has submitted that the counsel has gone to attend the funeral on 01.07.2025 and therefore he could not attend the court.

3. Neither anyone has appeared on behalf of the opposite party nor any counter-affidavit been filed.

4. Being satisfied with the cause shown, the order dated 01.07.2025 dismissing the S.A. No. 243 of 2018 is hereby recalled and S.A. No. 243 of 2018 is directed to be restored to its original file.

5. Office is directed to place S.A. No. 243 of 2018 before appropriate Bench as per roster.

6. This C.M.P. is hereby disposed of.
