The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bharno P.S Case No. 74 of 2025, registered under Sections 115 (2), 189 (4), 326, 324 (5), 132, 303 (2), 287 of BNS, 2023 pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Gumla.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that on NH 43, the accident took place between a motorcycle and Bolero vehicle and pursuant to that the person, who was riding on the motorcycle has died and for that people assembled there and were agitating and the allegations are there that 40 to 50 persons assembled there and put the Bolero on fire and they have also obstructed the vehicular traffic.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that by a mob of 40 to 50 persons, Bolero was put on fire and even the road has been blocked.

Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that the

allegations are there against 40 to 50 persons of agitating and blocking of the road. There are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons and the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement; I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioners above named are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of their surrender / arrest, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/(Twenty-Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Gumla, in connection with Bharno P.S Case No. 74 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

This Anticipatory Bail Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
