Heard the parties.

The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No. 215 of 2026(N) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 21(b), 22, 29 of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner was involved in sale and purchase of brown sugar which is also known as ‘Heroin’. It is next submitted that altogether 18.66 grams of brown sugar has been recovered out of which 5.59 grams of brown sugar has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false and the seized quantity of brown sugar comes under small quantity. It is next submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co-operate with the trial of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para -10 and has been in custody since 23.06.2026 as mentioned in para 09 of the instant bail application. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail.

Learned Spl.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/(Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Judicial Commissioner-cum-Spl.

Judge NDPS at Ranchi in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No. 215 of 2026(N) with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the informant or witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case .
