The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chatrochatti P.S. Case No. 27/2024, registered for the offences U/s 316(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61, 111 of B.N.S., pending in the court of Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bermo at Tenughat.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not concerned with the Transrel Lighting Ltd. Company and he is neither the owner nor the employee of the company and the allegations are made of sending persons to Central Africa for job and it has been alleged that while working in Central Africa, those persons have not been paid their salary for four months and now the workers have returned. He also submits that in identical situation, two of the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.2466 of 2025. He next submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in Para 24 of the petition.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of sending the persons for work in Central Africa.

Considering that two of the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in aforesaid ABA and it has been pointed out that now the salary has been paid in light of Annexure-2 and the workers have returned and it has also been disclosed in Para-24 of the petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of his surrender / arrest, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/(Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bermo at Tenughat, in connection with Chatrochatti P.S. Case No. 27/2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
