Heard the parties.

The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 08 of 2026 registered for the offence punishable under 303(2) of the B.N.S. 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners have committed theft of Bajaj Auto vehicle. It is next submitted that the allegations against the petitioners are false and they are not named in the F.I.R. and they have been implicated in this case only on the basis of the confessional statement. It is further submitted that the stolen Bajaj Auto Vehicle has already been recovered from the house of the co-accused. It is next submitted that the petitioners undertake that they will co-operate with the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the informant or witnesses of the case. It is lastly submitted the petitioners have been in custody since 06.03.2026 as mentioned in para-19 of the bail application and charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioners, but none of the witnesses have been examined as yet. Hence it is submitted that the

petitioners be released on bail.

Learned Addl.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/(Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class Dumka in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 08 of 2026 with the condition that they will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that they will not change their mobile number during the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the informant or witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case .
