02/03.07.2026 Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P appearing for the State.

The applicant, who is in custody since 02.06.2025, has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Seraikella P.S. Case No.47 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 533 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 309(4) of the B.N.S.,2023 and under Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. along with its enclosures have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the applicant has been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 26.09.2025 passed in B.A. No. 8847 of 2025 and prayer for bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 13.03.2026 passed in B.A. No. 10450 of 2025.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the charge has been framed on 22.09.2025. The present applicant has been roped in on the confession of the co-accused Ashok Mahato and Md. Hussain, who have already been enlarged on bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 119 of 2026 vide order dated 24.03.2026 and B.A. No. 3709 of 2026 vide order dated 04.05.2026 respectively. It has been further submitted that this applicant has neither any criminal antecedent nor he has been put on T.I.P.

Considering the above fact, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the applicant, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Seraikella in connection with Seraikella P.S. Case No.47 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 533 of 2025, subject to condition that the applicant(s) will submit selfattested photocopy/photocopies of his/her/their Aadhaar Card(s) and also submit his/her/their mobile number(s) before the learned trial court which he/she/they will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
