2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chatra (Sadar) P.S. Case No.112 of 2005, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 323, 324, 307 and 379 of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be a Software Engineer and working with a company in Bangalore. He further submits that free fight has occurred with respect to uprooting the fence in Rampur village in the district of Chatra, Jharkhand. He then submits that the police has investigated the matter and submitted the charge-sheet against four accused persons and the petitioner has not been sent up for trial, however, the learned Court

differing with the charge-sheet has been pleased to take cognizance against the petitioner. He next submits that the petitioner has got no

4. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that learned Court differing with the charge-sheet has been pleased to take cognizance.

Considering that the matter has been investigated and the petitioner has not been sent up for trial, however, learned Court differing with the charge-sheet has been pleased to take cognizance and it has been pointed out that the petitioner is a software engineer and working with a company in Bangalore and further the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.13 of the petition, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Chatra (Sadar) P.S. Case No.112 of 2005, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
