Case No. 65 of 2026, for offence registered under Sections 303(2), 317(2) and 210 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Rule-4 and 54 of Jharkhand Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2004, Rule 7 and 9 of the Jharkhand Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2017, pending in court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj.
