04/ 14.09.2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Radhanagar P.S. Case No. 218 of 2026, registered for the offence under Sections 69, 85, 89, 303(2) and 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rahmahal.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No. 1 Dilchand Mandal is the father, petitioner No. 2 Aruna Devi is mother and petitioner No. 3 is younger brother of one Naveen Kumar Mandal, who is alleged to be the husband of the informant. He next submits that so far as these petitioners are concerned, there are general and omnibus allegations and false allegations are made of settling the marriage of Naveen Kumar Mandal in another house. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be provided to the petitioners.

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioners are the father, mother and younger brother of Naveen Kumar Mandal. On this ground, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected.

established the relationship with the informant and so far as these petitioners are concerned, there are general and omnibus allegations against them and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, above named.

Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rajmahal, in connection with Radhanagar P.S. Case No. 218 of 2026, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
