02 /14.09.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Piparwar P.S. Case No.22 of 2026, registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chatra.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and informant are doing the business of juice and ice-cream by way of stalling cart on the particular place and due to business rivalry both the sides have entered into altercation and injury has been received by both the sides. He further submits that in the case lodged by the petitioners the informant’s side have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in ABA No.4868 of 2026. He then submits that the petitioners

have got no criminal antecedent. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there of assault and injury has been received.
5. Considering that the informant’s side has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.4868 of 2026 in the case lodged by the petitioners’ side and there are case and counter case and both the sides have received the injury, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chatra in connection with Piparwar P.S. Case No.22 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
