/14.09.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hansdiha P.S. Case No.36 of 2026, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 117(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dumka.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and informant are own brother. He further submits that and the altercation took place while buffalo of informant was grazing near the house of the petitioner and for that the altercation took place and both the brothers have received the injury and the petitioner was also admitted in the hospital. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted.

and submits that allegations are there of assault and in view of that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected.
5. Considering that the petitioner and informant are own brothers and they have fought for grazing of the buffalo in front of the house of the petitioner and both the brothers have received the injury, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dumka in connection with Hansdiha P.S. Case No.36 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
