02 /14.09.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for the State.

2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No.238 of 2026, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 303(2), 351(2), 352, 118(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner of assault. He further submits that due to crossing of scooty dust has come on the face of the informant and for that the altercation took place. He then submits that allegation of assault is there against Aryan Mehta and Ansh Verma. He next submits that the petitioner is neighbour

allegation. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

5. On perusal of the FIR, it transpires that the said allegation of assault is not there against the petitioner and only the petitioner is named in the FIR, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No.238 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
