After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to move before the learned court concerned by way of filing appropriate petition.

Learned counsel for the respondent State as well as the learned counsel for the informant have got no objection for the same.

This petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
