02/ 11.09.2026 : Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
- The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Korra P.S. Case 221 of 2025, registered under sections 75, 77, 78, 351(3), 352 of BNS and 66E and 67a of I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M, Hazaribagh.
- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He next submits that the petitioner has nothing to do with making the obscene photograph of the informant and getting it viral. He next submits that the petitioner is a student and has no criminal antecedent. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail.
- Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that obscene photograph has been sent in the whatsapp group and the persons who are the members of said whatsapp group have stated about receiving of the obscene photograph of the informant that has come in paras 9, 14 and 25 of the case diary and in view of that the anticipatory bail of the petitioner may kindly be rejected.
