1. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Palajori P.S. Case No.34 of 2026, registered for the offence under Section 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur.

1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He further submits that what has happened that was consensual in nature. He then submits that in the FIR itself, it has been stated that three years prior to lodging of the FIR, they were in relationship. He next submits that false allegation is made against the petitioner that after his appointment as Assistant Teacher, he has refused to marry. He also submits that even in the case diary, it has come that the marriage of the petitioner was earlier solemnized and, as such, false case has been lodged. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted to the petitioner.
