Heard the parties.

The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sukhdeonagar (Pandra O.P.) P.S. Case No.23 of 2026 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 61(2), 318(4), 109(1), 118(2), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner in furtherance of common intention with the co-accused persons and in criminal conspiracy with them, attempted to murder of the informant by firing upon him and the bullet hit the right arm of the informant and his brother Vikash Singh. It is next submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false and the genesis of the occurrence is related to land dealing of 36 decimals of land in which the informant on the instruction of co-accused- Sanjay Pandey invested Rs.58,00,000/- to be paid to the land owners and after expiry of one and half years neither the sale deed in respect of the said land was executed in favour of the informant nor the money was refunded. The main allegation is against the co-accused- Sanjay Pandey. The co-accused persons, with similar allegation has been admitted to bail by this Court vide order dated 14.05.2026 in B.A. No.4153 of 2026. It is next submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the informant or witnesses of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents as

mentioned in para-23 and he has been in custody since 09.04.2026 as mentioned in para-25 of the instant bail application. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail.

Learned Addl.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/(Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Sukhdeonagar (Pandra O.P.) P.S. Case No.23 of 2026 with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the informant or witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case .
