petitioners. Learned counsels for the State and informant are present.

Heard learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Informant.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Satbarwa P.S. Case No. 23 of 2026, registered under sections 115(2), 117(2), 126(2), 74, 351(2), 352, 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Palamau.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that petitioner no.2 has already been arrested.

In view of such submission, the anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner no.2 is dismissed as infructuous.

So far petitioner no.1 is concerned, it has been averred in the petition that there is long standing land dispute between the parties and there are case and counter case between the parties. In the light of supplementary affidavit it transpires that another case is also there.

received. In para 10 of the case diary witness has stated that there is long

standing dispute relating to land and in para 11 of the case diary it has come that due to land dispute both sides have been fighting amongst each other. 8. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no.1. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner no. 1 namely, Raj Bali Paswan @ Raj Bali Manjhi is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner no.1 shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Palamau, in connection with Satbarwa P.S. Case No. 23 of 2026, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023.
