The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ahilyapur P.S. Case No.47 of 2023, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 411, 414, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) and 34 of Indian Penal Code, Section 66(B), 66(C) and 66(D) of I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Cyber Crime), Giridih.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He next submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement and allegation of cyber crime against the petitioner is not correct. He submits that coaccused persons have been granted anticipatory in ABA No.2660 of 2025, A.B.A. No. 5074 of 2025, A.B.A. No. 6871 of 2025, A.B.A. No. 3860 of 2024 and A.B.A. No. 1684 of 2025 and in view of that petitioner may kindly be granted anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that petitioner is having one criminal antecedent.

Considering that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement, although the petitioner is having one criminal

antecedent however, other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.As, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Cyber Crime), Giridih in connection with Ahilyapur P.S. Case No.47 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
