Heard the parties.

The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hussainabad P.S. Case No.235 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No.314 of 2025 (Sessions Trial No.110 of 2025) registered for the offences punishable under Section 80, 3 (5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

This is the third journey of the petitioner with the self-same prayer as earlier the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner were dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 14.10.2025 in B.A. No.7441 of 2025 and vide order dated 12.03.2026 in B.A. No.1693 of 2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner has committed the dowry death of her sister-in-law. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false and the same is general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that the petitioner is the married sister-in-law (Nanad) of the deceased. It is next submitted that along with the petitioner, her child who was three months old at the time of her arrest, also has been in custody. It is then submitted that the petitioner undertakes that she will co-operate with the trial of the case and that she will not annoy or disturb the witnesses of the case in any

manner during the trial of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 21.11.2024 as has been mentioned para-15 of the instant bail application but no witness has been examined as yet. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail.

Learned Addl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/(Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Hussainabad P.S. Case No.235 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No.314 of 2025 (Sessions Trial No.110 of 2025) with the condition that she will co-operate with the trial of the case, furnish her mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that she will not change her mobile number during the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case.
