1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the State.
2. The applicant, who is in custody since 01.12.2025, has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T No.106 of 2026, arising out of Kenduadih P.S. Case No.56 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 109(1) & 351(2) of the BNS, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional District Judge-VII, Dhanbad.
3. The prayer for bail of the applicant was earlier dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 10.03.2026 passed in B.A. No.1253 of 2026.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of FIR along with its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part.
5. Innocence has been claimed by the learned counsel for the applicant and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. It has been submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against this applicant. Further, co-accused persons have already been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Benches of this Court, vide orders dated 02.04.2026 & 13.10.2025, passed in B.A. 710 of 2026 & B.A. No.7321 of 2025, respectively. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been made. 6. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail, but could not point out any distinguish feature.
7. Considering the above facts, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on

furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge-VII, Dhanbad in connection with S.T Case No.106 of 2026, arising out of Kenduadih P.S. Case No.56 of 2025, subject to condition that the applicant(s) will submit self-attested photocopy/photocopies of his/her/their Aadhaar Card(s) and also submit his/her/their mobile number(s) before the learned Trial Court which he/she/they will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
