The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Deodanr P.S. Case No. 03 of 2026, registered for the offence under Sections 316(2), 318(4) and 111 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66 (C) (D) of Information Technology Act, 2000, pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Godda.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and chargesheet has already been submitted against other co-accused persons and investigation against this petitioner is kept open. He next submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-19 of the petition.

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the name of this petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of the apprehended co-accused.

Considering that the name of the petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement and further the chargesheet has already been submitted against other co-accused and further investigation is

kept open against the petitioner and it has been pointed out that the petitioner will co-operate in the investigation and the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-19 of the petition, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, above named.

Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Godda, in connection with Deodanr P.S. Case No. 03 of 2026, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
