Heard the parties.

The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Karra P.S. Case No.13 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.275 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 103 (1), 3 (5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner has committed the murder of her own husband namely Sandeep Toppo. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is further submitted that the petitioner is the informant of the case but on the basis of the confessional statement of the coaccused Pradeep Kujur, who has already been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.08.2025 passed in B.A. No.7000 of 2025, the petitioner has been implicated in this case. It is then submitted that the petitioner undertakes that she will co-operate with the trial of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 21.02.2025 as has been mentioned in para-01 of the instant bail application. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail.

Learned Addl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/(Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to

the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti in connection with Karra P.S. Case No.13 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.275 of 2025 with the condition that she will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish her mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that she will not change her mobile number during the trial of the case.
