2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order.

3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

4. This is a case of cheating. Though the petitioner is named in the First Information Report the allegation is against Sk. Zahruddin and Md. Tabrej Ansari who used to take tractors from their owners on agreement and thereafter used to manipulate and tamper the documents and sell them to others. It is alleged that Sk. Zahruddin and Md. Tabrej Ansari confessed their guilt and also confessed that they along with other persons including the petitioner used to carry out these activities.

5. As per the document the petitioner was only helping the main accused persons and further the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2025 and the chargesheet has already been submitted in this case, I am inclined to grant bail to the

petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chaibasa in connection with Chaibasa Muffasil PS Case No. 111 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 358 of 2025 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his own name within the State of Jharkhand.

6. Accordingly, this bail application is allowed .
