The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.6121 of 2017, for offence registered under section 92 and 96(A) of the Factories Act, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be Manager of the factory namely, M/s Emdet Jamshedpur Private Limited, Jamshedpur and the case has been registered under section 92 of the Factories Act and arising out of complaint case. He next submits that the Managing Director of the said firm has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.427 of 2025.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of not complying certain provisions of Factories Act. 5. Considering that the petitioner happened to be the Manager of the aforesaid firm and the managing director of the said firm has been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and the learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper.
