Heard Mr. Jitendra Shankar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner has moved for grant of bail in connection with Golmuri P.S. Case No.152 of 2025, registered for offence under Sections 109(1), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate-1^st Class, Jamshedpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of previous dispute with the informant. The real fact is that the informant himself opened fire against the petitioner and his friend due to which his friend Satpal Singh @ Sagar sustained fire arm injuries although, in the F.I.R., it is alleged that the petitioner has opened fire which caused injury to his own friend. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 26.10.2025 although, the petitioner has criminal antecedents of five cases but in the instant case his involvement has not been established. The charge-sheet has also been submitted. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the trial of the case and abide by all terms and conditions which may be

imposed. Hence, the petitioner may be admitted to bail.

Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner in view of serious offence alleged to be committed by the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to release the above-named petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1^st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Golmuri P.S. Case No.152 of 2025.

Accordingly, the instant bail application is allowed.
