Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be owner of the Tractor in question and the allegations are made of carrying 100 cft. sand in the said tractor. He further submits that the alleged occurrence is said to be dated 20.12.2025 wherein the FIR has been lodged on 26.12.2025

Considering that the petitioner is the owner of the Tractor in question and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.10 of the petition and the seizure list has been prepared in the police station and in that view of the matter the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
