Heard the parties.

The petitioner has moved this Court for grant of bail in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.72 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under sections 111(2)(b), 317(2), 317(5), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under Section 66B, 66C and 66D of the I.T. Act and under Section 42 (3)(e) of the Telecommunications Act, 2023.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was involved in commission of cybercrime and two mobile sets with sim cards have been recovered which have been used to create several e- wallets. It is further submitted that the allegations against the petitioner are all false and there is no victim in connection with this case so far. It is then submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 09.12.2026, as has been mentioned in paragraph no. 22 of the bail application. It is further submitted that the petitioner undertakes to cooperate with the trial of the case. Hence, it is submitted that the petitioner be admitted to bail.

The learned Spl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the submissions of the counsels and the fact as discussed above, I am inclined to enlarge the above-named petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees

Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara, in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S.
