The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with M.G.M. (Mango Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 161 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 308(2)/308(5)/351(3)/77/75(2)/75(3)/78(2)/ 79/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 66(E)/67/67A of the Information Technology Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crimes, Jamshedpur.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the main allegation is made against the brother of this petitioner namely Danish Ansari. He next submits that the relationship was established by said Danish Ansari with the sister of the informant and the petitioner happened to be the brother of Danish Ansari. He further submits that so far as this petitioner is concerned, nothing has come in the FIR.

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that this petitioner is also the accomplish of said Danish Ansari and both of them have sent the obscene photograph and

video of the sister of the informant to her mother.

In the FIR, it has come that this petitioner along with Dansih Ansari used to call to the mobile number disclosed therein and threatened the mother and sister of the informant and further it has also come that they have sent the obscene photograph and video of the sister of the informant to her mother and the informant has also stated in the FIR that they will not allow the marriage of the sister of the informant with another person and further the petitioner is also the accomplish of the main accused and the allegation is there against him also of taking away the privacy of a person, which is a serious offence.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to provide the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. As such, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
