The petitioner is an accused for the offences punishable

under Sections 191(2)/191(3)/190/109(1)/115(2)/117(2)/324(5)/ 352/351(2)/111/113 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged. Initially, the F.I.R. was lodged against unknown miscreants. In course of investigation, the petitioner has been made accused in the present case on the basis of alleged confessional statement. Though there is alleged recovery of two literatures of banned outfit from the possession of the petitioner, however the same is falsified by the fact that the seizure list does not bear signature of any independent witness. Similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Sachin Kumar @ Sachin Kumar Das @ Sachin Kumar Ravidas, Ganesh Yadav, Chottan Kumar, Afsar Waris and Sahil Raza have already been granted regular bail by different Benches of this Court. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with the present case since 09.09.2025. Hence, he may be given the privilege of regular bail.
