Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw this petition as a report has come that Opp. Party no. 5 of this petition, who was plaintiff no. 3 and the O.P. No. 10 of this petition, who was the plaintiff no. 6, have died during the pendency of the Title Suit no. 32 of 2000.
Prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and in view of the dismissal of this Civil Miscellaneous Petition, the pending interlocutory application, if any, is also disposed of being infructuous.
