The applicant, who is in custody since 27.08.2025 has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Katkamsandi P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024, registered for the offence under Section 341/342/323/325/307/354/379/504/506 of the IPC, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Hazaribag.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. along with its enclosures have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part.

It has been further submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that there is a land dispute and there was a scuffle between the two families. It has been further submitted that the nature of injury suggest that no deadly weapon has been used.

Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant.

Considering the nature of dispute and the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail.
