2. The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Hazaribagh Muffasil P.S. Case No. 34/2025, corresponding to G.R. No. 923/2025 & S.T. No. 245/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 80, 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He further submits that charge-sheet has been submitted and further charge has also been framed on 23.07.2025 and out of seven witnesses only one witness has been examined till date and the petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2025; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by every condition as imposed by this Court.

4. Learned A.P.P opposes the prayer for bail of the Petitioner.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts of the case and looking to the allegation made against this petitioner, coupled with the fact that out of seven witnesses only one witness has been examined till date; as such, there is no likelihood of early conclusion of trial and also the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2025; hence, I am

inclined to enlarge the Petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the above-named Petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge VI-cumSpl. Judge CAW-cum-Spl. Judge SC/ST Act, Hazaribagh in connection with Hazaribagh Muffasil P.S. Case No. 34/2025, corresponding to G.R. No. 923/2025 & S.T. No. 245/2025.

6. It is made clear that the Petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witness and shall co-operate in trial and if any adverse report will come against this Petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this Petitioner.
