The present writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:- “(a) For issuance an appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) to the respondents authorities to dispose of the petitioners application (Representation) given in the date of 05.04.2023, 20.07.2022 and 20.10.2022 along with some other similarly situated persons to allot the land bearing Plot no-573, 578 and 579 all under Khata no.130, situated at Mauza Chilgu, P.O. Chilgu. P.S. Chandil, District Seraikela (Kharsawan) to the displaced persons including the petitioners for constructing their house and also for taking action against the non-displaced person namely respondent no.07 & 08 who have started to construct their house in the said land illegally.

(b). For quashing of any allotment made in the said land to nondisplaced person including the respondent no.07 and 08 from the said land by the respondents' authorities .”

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out their further remedies in accordance with law.
